About the event
This is a space to be cared for, to co co-create, and to immerse yourself in movement and music.
The retreat is designed to help empower your creative outlet into the world, weather it be music, poetry, or dance.
With amazing organic food, healthy lifestyle practices, a beautiful environment in nature, and the opportunity to collaborate and even record with one of the best mics in the world.
We start in the morning with healthy movement practices, from group massage, to play improv to help us bond as a group, and get our creative juices flowing.
The afternoon start with a healthy wholesome lunch eaten together. And then free time to get to know each other, our art, and begin to support each others movement or sound. Before dinner sauna will be available with various techniques to enhance the experience. Walks in the woodland. And various techniques to help you connect to the environment, like singing to horses, foraging and learning to move with natural elements.
Post dinner we come together around the fire, or in a beautiful hall depending on the weather, and we jam. That jam is recorded with a special Neumann U87 mic. One of the best the in the world. Those who are movement inclined move to the sounds created, improvising with thier particular movement vocabulary.
