When a woman is pre-menstrual she is not asking you to hold all of the things she brings to you - or solve them.. she is asking if it is safe to share.

She is asking for protection. She is asking if we can show up as men, as protectors, so that she can drop her load and sink into the soft power of her femininity.

Every time we meet we will check in with a theme or topic around Rebalancing Masculinity through the Masculine holding of the sacred womb cycles that have been kept offline, out of sight, taboo in society for hundreds of years.

He-art men are here to take up the opportunity to right the wrongs of our masculine lineage, and write a new chapter as we birth a new paradigm.
