We’re coming up to our first monthly HE-ART meet around Rebelancing the Imbalanced masculine energy in the world:
Our session will include:
A check-in and sharing circle :
Part of the Resourcing piece - “seeking the help we need as men” - to be able to show up to the Secrets of the Universe that come through women during Pre-Menstruation & Menstruation, a Sacred time that can be terrifically challenging.
A further share, supporting each other in how we are best able to navigate her changing inner seasons: The Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal, & Menstruation. Sharing experiences and receiving guidance from those of us on this journey toward a deeper honouring of the Feminine.
