Why is the menstrual cycle so important to your relationship?...

Menstrual cycles are connected to natural cycles: ebs and flows of natural energy peaks & times to replenish, rest, & bond.  Like Seasons, these cycles are the codes from Mother Nature herself to our species’ Natural Wild Self. 

These rhythms have been overridden by the need of productivity, and capitalist agendas - Gregorian time lines that do not consider a person’s, couple’s or family’s natural needs.  As a result, we have all-but-forgotten them and end in burnout, broken families, little or no close-by community support networks, and our relationships struggle as a result.  Women hold a sacred code within, and this code has been occulted, left as “women’s business”, but it was always revered by our ancestors as a trusted guide for the entire community.
