Tango Medicine Retreat in The Welsh Valleys

I am hosting our first Tango Medicine retreat deep in the land of the fairies in a beautiful valley in Wales. Penpynfarch is dedicated to hosting ancestral forms of learning and we are honoured to be part of this movement to bring people together with wisdom that enables connection and quality of life.

Starting Friday late afternoon with a Matte ritual, then dinner by the fire and an introduction to what we will be learning in the next two days with 4 intensive workshop over the weekend to get you started in your Tango practice. On the final day, Sunday, there will be live music, a ‘Práctica’ (a Practice) and dinner will be served as an ‘Olla popular’, a tradition in Argentina where you have a giant stew that everyone adds a little bit to and that is eaten with the community. The tradition is that everyone is invited, so that everyone has a full belly, no one is left hungry. The retreat ends on Sunday evening, and breakfast is provided on Monday if you prefer traveling during daylight hours.
